Whenever I here Miss Kittin’s spectacular tune “Frank Sinatra” all I can think about is sleeping on BJ’s kitchen floor and hanging out at his apartment. Good Memories!

I tried my best last night but was not able to purchase the super limited Pyro Edition of Joe Ledbetter’s “SMASH!” before it sold out. Boo-hoo!!! Then again … I really didn’t need to spend $120 on a cool designer toy.

I now have a ticket to see Nine Inch Nails live in Knoxville this coming August. Rock!

Grrrrrrrrrrrr. After screwing around with the iPod last night, I ended up doing a “restore” and I am now reloading all my shit. Nearly 50 GB of stuff. It’s gonna take f-o-r-e-v-e-r.
This and some other things have put me in a really fab mood today.

Holy Christmas!!! Trent Reznor is really outdoing himself this year. Just a few months ago he released “Ghosts: I-IV,” an ambitious set of instrumental tracks. Now he is letting us download the new Nine Inch Nails album “The Slip” … for FREE!
Thank you, Mr. Reznor. You’re my hero!

Wow … the “Iron Man” movie is g-r-r-r-r-reat!!!
Damn. My iPod is on the fritz again which leads me to believe that it is dying a slow and painful death.
Last month I started having trouble with it. It seemed to be working better after the restore that I did. But the weeks of reloading my music and movies has been super duper tedious.
Well, it started being pesky again over the weekend. Last night I was trying to add some music and it gave me a “can’t write to iPod message.” So, I ejected the iPod and reconnected it and am now getting this message:
“iTunes has detected an iPod that appears to be corrupted. You may need to restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes. You may also try disconnecting and reconnecting the iPod.”
Disconnecting and reconnecting has done nothing to fix the problem (duh!). But what makes this maddening is that the iPod still works and has all my music/movie files and plays them just fine. The iPod just won’t show up in iTunes so I can load more stuff.
So two problems within the space of one month.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I *love* technology.

The newest mystery on “Lost” revolves around the magical disappearance of Jack’s chest hair.
I watched the first disc of the “Dungeons & Dragons” Animated Series from the early 80’s. I must say that it really took me back to my childhood. I thought that it would be a totally fresh and new experience after all these years. But the opening titles took me back to those Saturday mornings in front of the television. It rocks! I can’t wait to see more of Hank and Company as they try and defeat Venger and make it back home.

I am shocked that I made it this far in life without hearing Bjork’s song “Play Dead” from the 1993 movie “The Young Americans.” I know I will get slapped for saying this, but I do miss the more “pop” oriented sound Bjork had back in the day …
